Key Performance Area:

Conceptualize, design, and modify components as per specifications and standards

Conduct theoretical and practical research on new technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes to improve designs

Utilize 3D CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) to create models, perform analyses, and test designs for functionality

Oversee the development and testing of prototypes to validate designs and ensure they meet specifications

Prepare and maintain technical reports, design proposals, and other project-related documentation

Provide technical guidance and resolve issues that arise during the design, manufacturing, and testing phases

Ability to analyze data, interpret technical specifications, and solve complex engineering problems

Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
