Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory/logistics team to manage the stock of two-wheelers, accessories, and spare parts, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet sales demand and avoid stock-outs or overstocking. Handling Escalations: Promptly and effectively handle any escalated customer complaints or issues to ensure resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction. Follow-Up: Oversee the lead management process, ensuring timely follow-up with all prospects and leads generated from various channels. Customer Experience: Oversee the entire customer journey, from initial walk-in to delivery, ensuring an exceptional, professional, and welcoming experience.
