Website: www.arulaforautism.com Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/arulaforautism/ Role Summary As an Arula Care Therapist (ARULA's in-house Clinical Psychologist), you will play a critical role in managing, mentoring, and guiding a cohort of 75–80 Arula Super Parents. You will serve as their first point of therapeutic contact, monitor their progress, support their understanding of the Arula methodology, and co-create developmental pathways for their children in line with Arula’s philosophy. You will be closely mentored by Ms. Mayuri Ramdasi and receive ongoing training in the Arula Approach, becoming a pillar in delivering parent-driven care that is powerful, sustainable, and scalable. Key Responsibilities Cohort Management: 1. Manage and support a dedicated group of 75–80 parent participants (Super Parents). 2. Maintain consistent, structured communication with the cohort through calls, chats, and video sessions as needed. 3. Parent Training & Monitoring: 4. Ensure that parents are actively engaging with and implementing the Arula Approach via the official Arula session videos and materials. 5. Guide parents in setting short- and long-term developmental goals for their children under Arula’s framework and Ms. Ramdasi’s guidance. 6. Conduct monthly progress evaluations and maintain detailed records through Achievement Reports. 7. Perform daily activity reviews for each child’s home-based intervention with a critical and empathetic lens. Clinical Documentation & Research: 1. Create, maintain, and compile comprehensive case studies from your cohort, tracking each child’s developmental journey. 2. Contribute to the creation and refinement of therapeutic modules, resources, and tools. 3. Support Arula’s R&D initiatives by documenting intervention trends, parent feedback, and therapeutic outcomes. 4. Content Creation & Brand Outreach: 5. Collaborate with the team to help create structured, digestible, and engaging content based on parent success stories, data insights, or therapeutic concepts. 6. Participate in marketing and outreach efforts, offering clinical input for communication campaigns. Training & Mentorship: 1. Receive regular mentorship and performance feedback directly from Ms. Mayuri Ramdasi. 2. Attend all mandatory internal training sessions to continuously improve your clinical knowledge, cohort engagement skills, and alignment with Arula’s mission. Who Should Apply? Master’s degree (M.A. or M.Sc.) in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or Neuroscience. 2. Preferred Attributes: 1. Strong written and spoken communication skills (in English and preferably one regional language). 2. Empathy and a growth mindset. 3. Good documentation, organizational, and case management skills. 4. Willingness to work on-site full-time and handle a high-responsibility client load. 5.
