Aruba WLC L1 Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Aruba WLC L1 Engineer to join our team at the Mumbai location. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) with at least 1 2 years of hands-on experience in Aruba WLC. Candidates with Cisco WLC experience will also be considered, as it will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba WLC systems. Monitor the performance of wireless networks and ensure optimal functionality. Assist in deploying, upgrading, and maintaining wireless infrastructure. Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and resolve issues related to wireless connectivity. Maintain documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and network diagrams. Provide L1 support to address and resolve client concerns efficiently. Key Requirements: 1 2 years of experience working with Aruba Wireless LAN Controllers. Familiarity with Cisco WLC will be a significant advantage. Basic understanding of network protocols and wireless technologies. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
