Job Role: We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and outgoing Business Development Executive who will be constantly on the field to generate business opportunities by: Visiting apartment complexes and gated communities to pitch our products. Meeting with interior designers, architects, civil engineers, and builders to explore collaboration and partnership opportunities. Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through on-ground networking, field surveys, and local connections. Building relationships with real estate agents and housing societies for B2B and B2C leads. Coordinating with the internal team for demos, quotations, and after-sales support. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily field visits to prospective clients and partners. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads from apartments and residential projects. Represent Divinity Spaces at relevant industry meetups, exhibitions, and local events. Collect feedback and insights from the field to improve sales strategies. Report daily/weekly updates on visits, meetings, and closures to the management team. Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sales and on-ground hustle. Ability to identify and connect with potential partners and clients. Self-motivated with strong negotiation and closing skills. Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory). Basic understanding of interior/home improvement industry is a plus.
