Role & responsibilities Prepare quantity sheet from on site data & drawings.Prepare BOQ & bills with item rates.Prepare & process sub-contractor bills.Take the measurement from the site team.To get work done as per the protocol of the company.Checking measurements & Bills.Prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQ) and invoices for construction projects.Coordinate with site team and management to ensure project progress and timelines.Analyse site drawings and ensure accurate quantity estimation.Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.Assist in cost control & budget planning.

Role & responsibilities 1)Inspection of worksite and implementation of work permit system.2)Ensure daily toolbox talk in site before commencement of work.3)Finding unsafe act/condition and follow up for comply the same through daily observation.4)Inspection of safety aspects as described in work procedures.5)Identifying hazard in the working area.6)Preventing workplace safety hazards by following routine inspections.7)Conduct risk assessments, safety meetings and incident investigations.8)Control of vehicles movements at site including cranes, shovels, trailers etc.9)Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.10)Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.11)Record and investigate incidents to determine causes.Preferred candidate profile HSE Qualification is a must.
