Role Overview Regional Sales Manager (Luxury Sales)We are seeking a high-performing and polished Regional Sales Manager – Luxury Sales to drive business growth in the ultra-premium fenestration and luxury home solutions segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury product/real estate sales, deep relationships within the HNI and architect ecosystem, and a proven ability to deliver revenue through consultative, experience-driven selling.Key Responsibilities Lead sales of Artius’ ultra-premium product portfolio within the luxury residential and high-end architectural segment for the assigned region. Cultivate and manage strong relationships with architects, luxury builders, leading interior designers, and HNI/UHNI clientele. Achieve regional revenue targets through a consultative, design-first, and relationship-led sales approach. Identify and close new business opportunities by expanding presence within luxury communities, premium projects, and architect networks. Mentor, guide, and upscale the regional sales team to ensure consistent performance and brand-aligned client engagement. Liaise closely with design, production, installation, and project execution teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experience. Prepare and present market intelligence, sales forecasts, competitor insights, and progress reports to senior leadership. Represent the brand at exclusive industry events, luxury exhibitions, and high-touch client presentations, reinforcing Artius’ premium positioning. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. 6–10 years of experience in luxury sales, premium interiors, fenestration, high-value B2C real estate, or design-led solutions. Strong network and credibility with top architects, premium builders, and HNI/UHNI clients. Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills with the ability to handle discerning luxury customers. Highly target-driven with demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. Prior experience in ultra-premium or design-led brands will be an added advantage.
