Bachelors degree/BFA/MFA or equivalent work 7-11 yrs work experience in digital Art/gaming as artist Excellent command over software of Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator Prior experience in the digital or social gaming industry will be a plus. Must have good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders Artist Responsibilities: Produce high-quality artwork that meets project briefs, exploring creative concepts and offering multiple executions. Maintain attention to detail and uphold high standards of work. Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and share project progress. Organize files, documents, and assets for ease of use by team members. Continuously develop technical skills related to your discipline and software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools. Understand the technical constraints of the platforms for which your artwork will be used. Follow the established asset pipeline to optimize your artwork for specific games. Stay informed about advancements in the multi-platform online world and industry trends. Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and allocating appropriate time to each. Inspire creativity and passion in all aspects of your work. Collaborate with the Global team/studio leads for status updates and guidance, working together to achieve defined goals. Participate in after-hours calls as needed to support business requirements.
