Job Duties

• Design and Develop applications that use artificial intelligence, including generative AI, machine learning, and agentic AI, to solve real-world use cases.
• Get a high-level understanding of multiple AI/ML models to identify the right model required for different business problems.
• Conduct relevant technical research and propose suitable tools and technologies to solve complex business problems.
• Refine business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
• Collaborating with the team to break down tasks, estimate efforts, and deliver work in a time-boxed sprint.
• Work closely with Senior technical staff, collect their feedback, and incorporate it into daily work.
• Work in a highly dynamic work environment with constantly evolving technology and rapidly changing business priorities.
• Writing unit tests, conducting peer reviews, and ensuring that the solution meets quality standards.
• Work with team members in a multi-office, multi-country environment.
• If required, then participate in customer calls and present your work to customers and senior executives of the company.
• Managing individual responsibilities and ensuring timely delivery with limited supervision.
