Artificial Intelligence Trainer

The AI Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python programming, and related technologies. The trainer should guide students through real-time projects, hands-on labs, and industry concepts, ensuring they achieve professional-level competency.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Delivery

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Python, and Data Science topics.
• Teach modules including:
• Python programming
• Statistics & Data Preprocessing
• Machine Learning Algorithms
• Deep Learning (ANN, CNN, RNN)
• NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Computer Vision basics
• Generative AI tools & workflows
• Provide hands-on sessions with datasets and real-time projects.
• Explain concepts using practical examples and industry case studies.

Curriculum & Content Development

• Develop training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Update training modules based on latest AI/ML advancements.
• Prepare capstone projects for students to build job-ready portfolios.

Student Mentoring & Evaluation

• Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and coding exercises.
• Guide learners in solving real-world problems and debugging code.
• Support students in preparing for job interviews and certification exams.

Technical Expertise

• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as:
• Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab
• TensorFlow / Keras / PyTorch
• Scikit-Learn
• Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib
• OpenAI API / Generative AI tools
• Knowledge of data modeling, model training, evaluation, and deployment (basic).

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain training records, attendance, and student performance sheets.
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams to ensure smooth training operations.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and AI awareness sessions.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of Python and AI/ML concepts.
• Hands-on experience with ML & Deep Learning projects.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical content for beginners.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
