What we really want:

• We are looking for a Mid to senior resource who is a hardcore AI (Gen or agentic AI) specialist.
• With a roll up the sleeves attitude.
• use google translate to know what this means :) (களத்துல எறங்கி மம்முட்டி புடிக்கிற காய்) attitude.
• Someone who enjoys doing Subject Matter Expert role in the Agentic AI / Gen AI realm.
• Someone who likes hands on work and enjoys doing it more and more, like a hungry teen eating Andhra meals !!!

What we really DON'T want:

• We don't need a fancy manager (with all due respect), this an individual contributor role (more like an AI Scientist role) who will work closely with the Global Head of Technology.
• We don't need just a resume (we need your resume and a shared ZIP file holding your POC on AI), which you would be required to give a demo during interviews.

Ideal Candidate:

If you have hands on exposure on AI projects which are actually in production (the ones that are in the revenue cycle), then you are the fine talent that we are looking for.
