Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Developer located in Chennai. The AI Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing artificial intelligence models and solutions, conducting research to advance the field of AI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into various products. Daily tasks include developing algorithms, optimizing AI models for performance, debugging code, and ensuring the AI systems are scalable and maintainable.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing AI models and solutions, and developing algorithms
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras) and libraries
• Skills in data preprocessing, data augmentation, and feature engineering
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience in the Retail, Digital Media, or Advertisement Industries is a plus
