Artificial Intelligence Engineer

AbouttheRoleWe are seeking a collaborative AI team member who can work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, support the development of strong professional relationships, and actively contribute to understanding and addressing client requirements. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in AI/ML/NLP, hands-on experience working on AI/ML projects that have gone live, the ability to resolve production-related issues in live environments, and excellent communication skills to deliver high-impact, production-ready AI solutions. Experience with RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems is essential.KeyResponsibilities

• Support AI/ML initiatives by contributing to technical discussions and collaborating with client-facing teams to ensure clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely as a good team player, actively participating in a collaborative, solution-driven environment and contributing to the overall success of the engineering team.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and NLP-based solutions for enterprise-grade applications.
• Fine-tune and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.
• Architect, implement, and maintain MLOps pipelines using MLflow, and Docker for scalable model deployment.
• Build, optimize, and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enhanced enterprise search and knowledge-driven applications.
• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems, ensuring effective task coordination and reliable outcomes.
• Support and maintain production-grade AI systems, ensuring reliability, uptime, and ongoing improvements.
• Develop and contribute to AI/ML solutions for processing unstructured data and building automation workflows using NLP and deep learning models.
• Develop and deploy AI-enabled conversational assistants using Azure Speech Services and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business challenges into robust AI-driven solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and advancements in AI/ML and integrate relevant innovations into current projects.

RequiredSkills&Qualifications

• Should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.

Pay: ₹9,287.62 - ₹73,397.18 per month
