Key Responsibilities:

• Design multi-agent AI systems using CrewAI for logistics optimization
• Integrate LangChain for NLP, contextual reasoning & data retrieval
• Develop intelligent agents for decision-making, delegation & collaboration
• Conduct A/B testing and beta testing to evaluate performance and scalability
• Simulate real-world logistics scenarios and edge cases for robust testing
• Build dashboards for KPIs, agent logs, and decision traceability
• Ensure seamless integration with TMS/WMS and external APIs
• Lead and mentor AI teams, coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends in CrewAI, LangChain, and LLMs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, AI, ML (Ph.D. preferred)
• 3+ years in AI/ML, with LangChain & CrewAI experience
• Strong hands-on with Python, LLM deployment, agentic & RAG-based chatbots
• Experience in A/B testing, beta simulation environments, and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with TensorFlow/PyTorch, Docker/Kubernetes, NLP, and cloud platforms
• Bonus: Knowledge of logistics systems, graph theory, network optimization, blockchain

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
