What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI tools, crafting prompts, and optimizing workflows informed by input from subject matter experts and end users.
• Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject specialists to create and sustain documents that capture knowledge and distinctive organizational perspectives.
• Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual foundation for business logic, ensuring data models are both efficient and scalable.

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience
• Professional experience incorporating LLMs into software products (experience limited to chatbot development or basic coding assistants does not qualify)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
