Must-Have Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing Agentic, LLM, and NLP-based applications.
• Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of RAG-based models to enhance AI-driven search and retrieval systems.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data structures, and model optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Most importantly:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment and meet deadlines
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, patterns and specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and methodologies, incorporating best practices into development processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project objectives, and deliver AI/ML solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value.
