Job Description

Job Summary:

Agentic AI Developer

designing, integrating, and deploying intelligent chat/voice agents (bots)

LLM integrations (OpenAI / ZIA / LangChain / Azure OpenAI)

Key Responsibilities:

AI agents

Zoho Creator Deluge functions

custom connectors

● Build contextual, multi-turn conversation logic capable of:

○ Reading Zoho Creator data (via Deluge)

○ Triggering approvals or workflows

○ Performing validations (budget, approvals, PR/PO logic, etc.)

natural language understanding (NLU)

● Integrate bots across Zoho apps (Creator, CRM, Books, Desk, Projects) for unified user experiences.

● Optimize AI workflows for accuracy, scalability, and minimal API cost.

● Prepare technical documentation, API references, and user guides.

Required Skills:

Zoho Creator

AI/LLM integrations

REST API integration

Zoho ecosystem

JSON structures, webhook design, and Zoho Creator form/page scripting

prompt engineering

Python or Node.js

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Autonomous Agents (ReAct / LangGraph / CrewAI / OpenDevin)

RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)

Zoho Catalyst / Zoho Flow / Zoho Analytics

Zoho Creator pages

UI/UX optimization for conversational interfaces

Zoho Creator Bot Demo
— Chatbot that reads/updates Creator data via Deluge.
AI Workflow Example
— Example where an AI agent performs approval or validation (e.g., budget check, PR/PO trigger).

Custom Zoho App Integration
— Bots or scripts connecting multiple Zoho modules (CRM + Books + Creator).
