Role Overview: As an Articled Assistant at HARDIK BHATT & Co. - Chartered Accountants in Rajkot, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting in day-to-day accounting and auditing tasks. This full-time, on-site role will provide you with valuable learning opportunities and exposure to various aspects of chartered accountancy practice. Your main tasks will include preparing and analyzing financial statements, conducting audits, assisting with tax preparation, compliance, and other financial activities as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements - Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulations - Assist in tax preparation and compliance requirements - Utilize accounting software such as Microsoft Office and Tally - Manage time effectively and solve problems efficiently - Demonstrate excellent analytical and numerical abilities Qualification Required: - Strong foundation in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting - Knowledge of Taxation, including Direct and Indirect Taxes, and compliance requirements - Understanding of Auditing processes and documentation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tally, and other accounting software - Time management and problem-solving skills - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or pursuing CA),
