Arth Vilas stands as a unique intersection of tradition, sustainability, and tranquility. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef based in Jaipur. The Executive Chef will plan and oversee menu creation while ensuring the use of high-quality ingredients in line with Arth Vilas’ commitment to sustainability and authenticity. The role includes food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, monitoring kitchen operations. The Executive Chef will also manage inventory, control costs, and work collaboratively with the management to provide a unique culinary experience for guests. Qualifications Strong culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating standards Experience in kitchen management, including inventory control, cost management, and team supervision Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and sustainability principles Creative and innovative approach to developing unique culinary experiences Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team Formal culinary training or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred Previous experience in a similar role, especially in a hospitality or retreat setting, is an asset
