Role and Responsibilities:

• Understand design briefs from your team from its identity to its target audience.
• Keep an eye out on the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines. Your mission: ensure all your artwork reflects our brand's identity and values.
• Create purposeful static and dynamic designs for marketing materials, including social media posts and email campaigns. Your designs will make our audience in their scroll
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices. Innovate and keep your designs fresh and relevant to captivate our audience.
• Research to understand our audience's demographics, preferences, and behavior. Tailor your designs to hit the bullseye.
• Analyze the performance of your designs and use the insights to keep getting better.
