Job Role: Associate Art Director Experience Level : 5+ years Location : Bangalore, Onsite Key Responsibilities Lead the visual direction and execution of social media campaigns and content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.) Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, account managers, and video teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling. Conceptualize and design engaging creatives including carousels, reels, gifs, memes, static posts, and short-form video content. Guide and mentor a team of graphic designers and motion artists; provide constructive feedback and push for creative excellence. Ensure timely delivery of all assets while maintaining high-quality standards and brand consistency. Stay updated with social media design trends, platform updates, and viral content mechanics. Take ownership of visual presentations to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. What We Are Looking For- 4–6 years of experience in a design role, preferably within a digital marketing agency. A strong portfolio showcasing social-first design work, brand storytelling, and campaign-based creatives. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma. Deep understanding of platform-specific content formats and user behavior. Ability to translate briefs into big visual ideas and bring them to life across formats. Leadership qualities with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout. Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
