Role Description

We are seeking an Art Director/Graphic Designer to join our Creative Advertising Agency team.

This is a full-time on-site position based out of Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for leading creative campaigns, designing graphic assets, and ensuring consistent branding across all visual communications. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and executing creative visuals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and elevating the aesthetic quality of advertising and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• 3-10+ Years of experience in Art Direction and Creative Designing for campaigns and brand experience projects at an advertising agency or a design house
• Proficiency in crafting stunning key visuals and brand identities and thought provoking designs
• Strong skills in Graphic Design, with a mastery in using Adobe Photoshop and other tools.
• Experience in developing innovative brand concepts and visuals that work on Instagram, Linkedin, Print Media, Performance Ads, Emails and Notifications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams
• Strong Knowledge of current design trends, and referencing skills
• Knowledge and experience of working on AI tools and technologies is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Design, or Fine Arts, or a related field from a reputed design school or course

Budget: 6 to 13 lakhs

Note:

1. This is a full time role based out of Ghatkopar West,Mumbai, and is open to candidates who are residing in Mumbai and are willing to travel on a daily basis.
