About the Role: Alter Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd. (Alter) is seeking a dynamic and creative Art Director to lead our graphic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing design projects, ensuring high-quality visual output, and driving creative excellence. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop innovative design solutions that align with brand objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1.Creative Leadership & Execution: Develop and execute visually compelling concepts for marketing and branding initiatives. Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency with brand identity. Maintain high-quality standards for all visual materials, including digital and print assets. 2.Team Management & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and guide the graphic design team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Content, and Sales, to align creative strategies with business objectives. Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to enhance team performance. 3. Client Engagement & Project Management: Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into compelling visuals. Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while managing multiple projects efficiently. Maintain strong client relationships by presenting creative ideas and addressing feedback effectively. 4. Branding & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across all platforms. Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest design standards. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies to keep our creative approach fresh and innovative. Desired Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. * Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition. * Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. * Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is preferred.
