We’re looking for a creative and skilled Game Designer to join our in-house team and work on exciting stylized and casual game projects. What You'll Do: Design, document, and iterate on game systems, mechanics, levels, and features from concept through execution. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Art, Programming, Audio) to ensure design goals are technically feasible and artistically aligned. Prototype and rapidly iterate on design ideas using in-house tools or scripting languages. Conduct playtesting , gather feedback, and analyze metrics to drive data-informed design decisions. Maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date design documentation . Act as an advocate for the player experience , ensuring high quality and usability across the game. What you'll Bring: 4+ years of professional mobile game design experience Expertise in system design, balancing, and economy modeling . Familiarity with modern game engines (e.g., Unity or Unreal Engine ). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to explain complex ideas simply. A deep passion for games and an understanding of current industry trends.
