Area/Regional Business Manager Position: Regional Business Manager Job Location: U.P, M.P, Bihar, Rajasthan, Maharastra, Chattisgarh. Experience: Required: 07 to 12 Years Candidate shall be required to:- 1. Prepare an Annual Sales Plan in alliance with the Organizational goal and develop sales promotion strategies to achieve the same. 2. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the regions 3. Accelerate the action plan to identify potential markets/clients along with new sales opportunities. 4. Expand new market areas and increase sales volume by building a strong network of Distributors Dealers 5. Suggest new products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction 6. Supervise Monitor effective market visits of the team members to existing and potential customers in the area to increase the sales 7. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 8. Keep Strict financial control in the region maintain financial discipline in the market. 9. Strategically build Sales team capabilities to manage all the sales and extension functions in the region. 10. Maintain good liaison with all the concerned institutions / Societies / Government bodies. 11. Develop market intelligence channels in the region to understand the competitor activities and the current market trends. 12. Manage Sales returns as per the prevailing policies. 13. Handle complaints and resolve it at his own level and escalate with all the details if requires the attention of higher authorities in time. Must-Have:- 1. Exposure in Seeds Sales (Grains/Vegetables) for a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity. 2. Handled a minimum business of Rs.10 Cr. 3. Exposure to working in Required State/s 4. Travel-friendly - approximately 20 days per month Qualification Required:- Ag ri Graduate, Preference to MABM Skills Required:- 1. Have a reasonable understanding of Agr Practices, diseases, and deficiencies in different crops and are able to provide solutions to farmers. 2. Team Building Management 3. Complaint Resolutions 4.
