AREA SALES MANAGER TAMIL NADU & KERALA Role & responsibilities * Achieve targets for Service Efficiency level for the Region in conjunction with Dealer and Regional Service Engineers. * Ensure high Customer Satisfaction Level at Region * Achieve Parts & AM products Sales Target for the region. * Generation and Execution of Service Contracts in the region. * QFR reporting to HO with Failure Analysis and Field Fix. * Technical Support to Regional Service Engg / Dealer Service Engineer and guidance on troubleshooting and critical component overhauling. * Ensure Viability of all the dealers of the region , Implementation of SAN , Training of Dealer Service Engg. , Ensure manpower to M/c ratio Requirements: * 9-15 years into compressor segment and on filed experience
