Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned regions (Bhagalpur, Patna, Darbhanga, Dhanbad, Jamshedpur). - Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners. - Identify and explore new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes. - Conduct regular market visits and manage the distribution network effectively. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans for management review. - Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any issues related to sales or customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns
