Role & responsibilities Your primary role will be to engage with hotel owners and managers, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our booking engine / hotel website / channel manager/PMS can enhance their operations, direct bookings and profitability. You will play a crucial role in our growth strategy, helping us establish a strong presence in the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential hotel clients in your assigned areas Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Zotel Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, managers, and decision-makers. Understand the unique needs of each hotel and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful implementation and utilization of the product Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and insights to improve our offerings. Qualifications: 1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry or B2B SaaS sales . Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of hotel operations and the challenges faced by hoteliers. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
