The company has significant growth plans and a vision to reach each contractor site and meet the service level of getting what they need at the location they need. The company has exciting plans to increase its reach and product range comprising Ladders, Scaffolds, Lifting machines, site management, and power and breaking tools. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, with a focus on project sales within the assigned territory or branch. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for project needs. Present company products or services to potential clients during in-person meetings, tailored to the specific needs of each project. Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while safeguarding company interests. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and delivery, to ensure that project specifications are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to the sales manager, detailing progress on project sales and potential opportunities. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities. Provide exceptional post-sale customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance project sales performance, including identifying key market segments and potential growth areas. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services, particularly how they apply to specific projects or client needs. Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, project timelines, and outcomes. Qualifications and Requirements: B.Tech. Civil\Mechanical or experience in related product line 2+ years of experience in field sales or a related role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good understanding of Structures and Strength of Materials. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Self-motivated and goal-driven. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable Two-wheeler vehicle. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
