Area Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Solar Sales Manager to drive business growth, build customer relationships, and scale our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting clean energy solutions.

Business Development & Sales Growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for rooftop solar installations.
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Present and promote solar solutions to potential clients, emphasizing cost savings and sustainability benefits.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts.

Customer Relationship Management & Sales Execution

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Educate clients on the financial and environmental benefits of rooftop solar, including government incentives, ROI, and carbon footprint reduction.
• Guide customers through the decision-making process, addressing concerns and tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
• Close deals and oversee the booking process, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to installation.

Team Building & Sales Scaling

• Recruit, train, and mentor a local sales team to expand operations in the region.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
