Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve area targets through effective field sales strategies. Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility and drive business growth in the assigned area. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and mentorship to team members to improve their skills and productivity. Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new opportunities and resolve issues promptly. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decision-making. Desired Candidate Profile 12-20 years of experience in B2C Sales or related field sales management role. Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through innovative sales tactics. Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with internal teams (marketing) external stakeholders (customers). Strong understanding of direct sales principles, including lead generation, conversion rates analysis. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
