YEAR OF EXPERIENCE : Minimum of 3 Years QUALIFICATION : B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. (Biotech/Microbiology) or similar LOCATION : Mumbai / Pune / Ahmedabad / Uttarakhand KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsible for Domestic / Institutional sales for all product line in Biotechnology division which includes, Microbiological Media Culture, Lab Chemicals, Lab Consumables, reagents, etc. ο To identify & develop new business opportunities in B2B channel by gathering and updating customer intelligence ο Manage new and existing clients by providing service, explore and identify all their needs. ο Manage and maintain sales / clients database. ο Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients ο Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / zone / channel ο Work closely with marketing and promotion team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / clients. ο Develop Annual and quarterly budgets by product, geography and channel partner, and draw up network and market coverage plans to meet the agreed targets. ο Ensure that sales are made strictly within the credit and cash discount parameters. ο Performs other duties as assigned or required. COMPETENCIES : ο Ability to build and maintain relationship with B2B clients & Knowledge of product line ο Must have strong communication skill & experience in techno-commercial interactions ο Team player and ability to work with and through others ο Very good strategic, analytical & communication skills ο Possess Passion, Integrity, attitude & loyalty traits & is available readily.
