Role & responsibilities

  • Generate and grow

    Prime LAP business

    through DSA and channel partner sourcing.
  • Identify and onboard new DSAs to expand the business network.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent performance.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle: sourcing, login, follow-up, sanction and disbursement.
  • Build strong professional relationships with DSAs, connectors, and partners.
  • Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with internal & regulatory guidelines.
  • Track market movements, competitor offerings, and new business opportunities.
