Job Description: Area Sales Manager (West Delhi)

Industry: Food / FMCG in General Trade experience .
Location: West Delhi
Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in Food/FMCG Sales with team handling experience

Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) who can independently manage a sales team, drive business growth, and build strong relationships across retail shops in West Delhi. The candidate must have a strong background in the food/FMCG industry and deep market knowledge of the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle distribution network, retail shops, modern trade, and general trade in West Delhi.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key market partners.
• Plan and execute area-wise sales strategies to increase product visibility and availability.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure proper execution of schemes, promotions, and merchandising at store level.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure smooth field operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Area Sales Manager / Sales Executive in Food/FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of West Delhi market and retail shop network.
• Ability to manage a field sales team independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Result-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
