Dear Candidates, We have are hiring for "Area Sales Manager" in manufacturing company at Cochin location. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for PVC flooring. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, dealers,builders . - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Requirements: - Any Bachelors degree - Proven 3 to 5 experience as a BDM or similar sales role in the flooring or furnishing materials industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
