Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Dhamtari. The Area Sales Manager will lead business development efforts within the assigned region, manage a sales team, and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market analyses, building relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, preparing reports, and ensuring effective customer management. The role also entails driving revenue growth and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Regional Sales
Strong Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Organizational skills
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in basic software tools for reporting and tracking performance
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Experience in the mining and metals industry or a related field is an advantage
