Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our growing team in Hubli, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pump industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and territory development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end customers
• Identify new business opportunities and markets within Madhya Pradesh
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Provide technical support and product training to channel partners
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
• Ensure timely collections and after-sales support

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the pump industry or related field
• Strong knowledge of pump products, applications, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
