Role & responsibilities Customer prospecting Lead generation by customer visits, making technical presentations, educating to customers about our products & USP. Value selling. Submitting techno-commercial quotations. Quotation follow up & Get orders. Follow up factory to get it dispatch earliest, dispatch tracking and communication with customers. Payment follow ups. Generating new OEM business and converting into key accounts. Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Sets & achieving sales targets.
