Job description What You Will Be Doing: Manage large dealers sign up following the defined targets in the area allotted. Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers. Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans. Acquire and retain used car dealers for subscription services. Monitor team performance, dealer feedback, and market conditions for continuous improvement. Responsible for collection of subscription fee from all partner dealers and submission. Market related understanding and feedback specific to the Area. Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions. Improve launch of new products if any within your area of operation. Who Were Looking For: Proven track record in B2B sales. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Excellent relationship management skills, preferably with used car dealers. Adaptability to dynamic environments and leading through change. Previous experience in sales management, with automobile sector experience being a plus.
