Job Location - Responsible for handling the West Bengal region. This is a field job. Working days: 6 days Notice period: immediate to 30 days Years of experience: 2 - 4 years in B2B sales, dealer and distribution (channel) sales. Male candidates only Job Description Support the marketing leadership team and Distributor through the organization and administrative support for various projects Support marketing director in delivering effective programs that achieve company and client objectives Assist with initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, and distribution, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and sales. Meet with clients to plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, aligning with overall company goals and sales targets Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events. Should be managing dealers and distributors, getting feedback from them on product, follow up for payment. Assisting in opening new warehouse/showroom. Developing sales process, CRM processes and business rules for all distribution and channel partner sales. Managing the relationships between their company and its vendors or suppliers. Adding new vendors/dealers/distributors in the Business Key Skills Two to four years of experience in marketing, sales, or advertising Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of the local market and consumer behaviour Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines Exceptional communication and presentation skills Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member Hands-on experience in developing campaigns and promotions Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Application Question(s): What is your current CTC?
