Job Description – Area Sales Executive (Two-Wheeler Spare Parts)Job Title:Area Sales Executive – Two-Wheeler Spare Parts Location:[Barabanki] Department:Sales & Marketing Reporting to:Branch Sales Head Job Purpose:Responsible for driving sales and distribution of two-wheeler spare parts in the assigned territory, ensuring dealer/distributor network development, market penetration, and achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities:·        Develop and manage strong relationships with dealers, distributors, mechanics, and retailers within the assigned area. ·        Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for spare parts and accessories. ·        Conduct regular market visits to ensure availability, visibility, and promotion of company spare parts. ·        Identify and appoint new distributors/retailers to expand the sales network. ·        Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to recommend strategies. ·        Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control as per company policy. ·        Provide product knowledge and sales training to channel partners and mechanics. ·        Execute sales promotions, schemes, and marketing campaigns effectively at the ground level. ·        Maintain proper stock levels at distributor points and ensure smooth supply chain flow. ·        Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback to management. Key Skills & Competencies:·        Strong knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts market and distribution network. ·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ·        Ability to build and maintain strong dealer and retailer relationships. ·        Target-oriented with good problem-solving and decision-making skills. ·        Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Qualifications & Experience:·        Graduate/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automobile, or related field. ·        3–5 years of experience in spare parts sales (preferably two-wheeler/automotive sector). ·        Experience in handling distributors, retailers, and field sales. ·        Candidates with local market knowledge will be preferred.
