Job Description

In this Sales and Technical role for Uttarakhand state based out of Dehradun, you will be responsible for driving the CRM business for Medtronic. Your role will involve promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. You will develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders such as distributors and healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services. You will also be responsible for promoting and establishing education of the company's products and services, conducting market research including customers and competitors activities, and implementing market development plans/strategies while communicating customer feedback on new products and modifications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts - Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals - Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits - Promote and establish education of the company's products and services - Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities - Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as needed - Communicate customer feedback on new products and modifications to internal stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor degree (B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/B.Pharma) - 6-9 years of relevant experience in CRM products In this role, you will be a seasoned sales professional managing large accounts involving multiple team members. You will work autonomously with limited supervision, building a network of relationships and securing product distributions and/or services. Your impact will be significant in achieving sales targets, executing sales plans, and contributing to the development of departmental goals and planning efforts. You will drive adoption and penetration in accounts, make improvements to sales processes and tools, and recommend changes in account strategy and tactics to achieve sales goals. Your communication and influence skills will be crucial in managing relationships and closing sales with internal contacts and external stakeholders.
