Position: Area Sales Manager – Laminates & Veneer Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Company: Vastu Veneer & Decor Job Description: We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee sales operations in Ahmedabad and nearby regions . The ideal candidate must have experience in the laminates and veneer industry. Only local candidates will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dealer/distributor network in the assigned area Meet with architects, interior designers, and contractors regularly Achieve assigned sales targets and manage team performance Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide timely feedback Coordinate with dispatch, production, and back-end teams Submit regular reports and support the execution of marketing strategies Requirements: Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in laminates, veneers, or building materials Must be based in Ahmedabad or surrounding region Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within Gujarat Proven ability to meet sales targets consistently Salary: Competitive + Incentives How to Apply: Email: hr.vastuveneer@gmail.com Phone: +91 9081110375 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Experience: laminates & veneer sales & marketing : 5 years (Preferred) Location: Gujarat (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
