Position: Area Sales Manager – Laminates & Veneer Location: Pune, Maharashtra Company: Vastu Veneer & Decor Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to handle sales operations in Pune and surrounding areas . The candidate must have relevant industry experience and strong connections within the laminates and veneer market. Only local candidates will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage dealer/distributor network across Pune Meet architects, interior designers, and project consultants regularly Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships Submit daily reports and provide market insights to management Coordinate with dispatch and back-office for smooth execution Requirements: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in laminates, veneers, or building material sales Must be based in Pune or nearby Strong communication, negotiation, and field sales skills Should own a two-wheeler and be open to local travel Proven track record in B2B sales and target achievement Salary: As per experience + Attractive Incentives How to Apply: Email: hr.vastuveneer@gmail.com Phone: +91 9081110375 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Experience: laminates & veneer sales & marketing : 5 years (Preferred) Location: Pune District, Maharashtra (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
