Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Ghaziabad/Noida/Gr. Noida region. The ASM will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and meet key goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new strategies. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments to maintain positive cash flow. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures. Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and client engagement. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience of 3-5 years as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in Pharma Industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
