Role & responsibilities Planning, monitoring and achieving targets and be accountable for the overall team performance. Handling & supervising Key accounts and Distributors. Responsible to search and appoint new distributors/dealers/retailers. Travel throughout the assign territory and visit the distributor and retailers on recurring basis. Training and development of all sales officers, merchandisers and promoters in the assigned area. Team formation and management, guiding, monitoring, motivate the field sales officers for achieving secondary sales targets. Maximizing customer satisfaction level by on time delivery, monitoring customer complaints, providing efficient services. Planning for Primary and Secondary sales target achievement (Quarterly, Monthly Weekly and Daily). Monitor/Observe the industry competitors, new product and market conditions etc. and update to the reporting Manager. Participating in sales team meetings. Representation in B2B Trade Shows and B2C events. Managing the commercial control on all accounts/clients (receivables, claims etc) Generating Sales Report Monthly Preferred candidate profile Effective persuasion and influencing skills (speaking and writing) Strong sales acumen and good communication Good Leadership, Team Building and relationship building skills. Must be goal-oriented Passionate, driven and with high energy levels, positive attitude Experience up to 5 years in FMCG sales (preferred) Strong in-depth knowledge and experience of FMCG market Should have experience of leading a team. Should be high on self-motivation and goal driven.
