Role & responsibilities Sales and Revenue Growth: - Delhi NCR: Drive sales across the urban and industrial hubs of Delhi NCR. - Rajasthan: Manage sales operations and customer relationships across key cities and textile clusters in Rajasthan. Managing Existing Dealers and Customers: - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and customers. - Ensure timely communication, support, and follow-ups to sustain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Expansion: - Identify and onboard new dealers and direct customers in the assigned region. -Develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets and grow market share. Customer Relationship Management: - Address customer queries, provide technical support, and ensure seamless experience. - Act as the primary point of contact for all regional customers. Product Promotion: - Promote our range of innovative and sustainable textile chemicals to drive market adoption. Market Analysis: -Monitor regional industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. -Provide insights to the management to refine strategies and offerings. Preferred candidate profile EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in textile related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus. SKILLS: Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
