Job Description

1. Channel Sales Management: Achieve primary sales targets by ensuring timely deal closure. Drive secondary sales by ensuring sell-through from channel partners/distributors. Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and pricing at retail outlets. Implement promotional activities and schemes to boost secondary sales. Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and consumer preferences. 2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with customers and channel partners to ensure repeat business and referrals. Address customer concerns and provide post-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, installation, and finance) to ensure seamless project execution. 3. Market Expansion and Strategy: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs. 4. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback. Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
