Job Description

As an experienced Sales Manager at iGuru, your role involves developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. You will build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in schools and educational institutions to understand their needs and offer customized solutions. Identifying new market opportunities through thorough analysis of sales data, competitor activities, and market trends is crucial. Collaborating with marketing to conceptualize and implement effective campaigns and local outreach programs is also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention. Providing regular insights and reports on performance, feedback, and market intelligence to senior management and representing the company at educational events, exhibitions, and seminars to boost visibility and pipeline are essential tasks.
