Job Summary:* We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and manage bancassurance channel sales. The ideal candidate will have experience working with bank partners, managing field sales teams, and driving business through strong relationship management and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:* Drive health insurance sales through assigned bank branches Manage a team of Sales Officers/Relationship Managers in the banca channel Build strong relationships with partner bank branch staff to generate consistent business Plan and implement strategies to meet sales targets Provide regular coaching, performance reviews, and training to the sales team and partner staff Ensure sales productivity, process adherence, and customer satisfaction Monitor and report sales performance and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines Candidate Requirements:* Minimum5-7 years of experience in health insurance sales, preferably in the bancassurance channel 2 .Team handling experience is mandatory Strong knowledge of insurance products and partner management Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Graduate in any discipline Must be open to travel between bank branches Preferred Background:* Health Insurance This job is provided by Shine.com Show more Show less
